The more you can tell us up front, the better our quote will be. Spend five minutes here and the first call lands on the work, not on intake. Every engagement closes with a fixed price and a named delivery date before any billable work begins.
We name the number before you commit. If the work runs long, that is our problem to absorb. If it runs short, the savings stay with you.
Every quote includes a delivery date the founder signing the engagement is personally accountable for. No moving goalposts, no “discovery phase” that becomes the project.
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price. Retainers are available when there is a real ongoing need we can name together; they are not the default offer, and the work is done when the deliverables ship.
If the engagement you are describing is not a fit for us, we tell you that on the reply and point you toward someone better placed. About a third of our quote requests end this way.
