Overview

A focused talk for an audience that has not had this conversation yet.

Most AI talks on the circuit are written for a generic audience and reused across dozens of events. The result is a room full of people who heard something interesting and walked out with nothing they can act on. This webinar inverts that: we shape the topic with you first, then build the talk around the people who will actually be watching.

The format is sixty to ninety minutes of talk plus thirty minutes of live Q&A. We treat the Q&A as the most important part, that is where the audience tests what they have just heard against their own work. The recording lands the next day, ready to share with anyone who could not attend.

What you get

Three deliverables, all included at the fixed price.

No tiered packages, no per-attendee fees, no surcharge for the recording.

01

The live session

Sixty to ninety minutes of talk plus thirty minutes of audience Q&A, delivered on your platform of choice. We run the tech check the day before so the start is clean.

02

Recording for reuse

A clean recording delivered within two business days. Yours to keep, share internally, and reuse without restriction. We do not lock it behind our own platform.

03

Optional written summary

A two-page summary of the talk's main points and the questions the audience asked, suitable for emailing to people who could not attend. Included if you want it; skipped if you do not.

When this fits

Four signs a webinar is the right shape.

The audience is larger than a room

You need to reach fifty, two hundred, or a thousand people , more than fits in a meeting. A webinar scales naturally; a demo or a speaker engagement does not. The format is built for an audience that joins from wherever they are.

You want the recording to outlive the event

The audience on the day is half of who you actually want to reach. The other half will watch it later, on their own time, from an onboarding page or a training library. A webinar is designed to work in both modes.

The audience needs orientation, not training

Your people have heard the word AI, have opinions, and are not yet doing the work. A webinar is the right shape for bringing the whole group to a shared baseline before any hands-on training rolls out. If the goal is hands-on, the Learn family fits better.

You have a calendar slot you need to fill well

An all-hands segment, an industry webinar slot, a partner broadcast, a training week. The format is bounded, sixty to ninety minutes, and fits cleanly into someone else’s agenda without needing a custom production around it.

Why us

Three reasons our webinar is not the one you have already seen.

A

Topic built for the room

We shape the topic and the angle with you before any slides exist. If we cannot find an angle that fits your audience honestly, we say so on the intake call and refund nothing because nothing has been billed.

B

Q&A as the headline

Most webinars treat Q&A as filler. We treat it as the point. The talk is sized to leave thirty real minutes for it, and we answer the awkward questions instead of routing around them.

C

Recording you actually own

The recording is delivered as a standard file, not hosted behind our login. Reuse it internally, transcribe it, edit it into shorter clips. We do not charge per view, per seat, or per year.

How it runs

Four steps, three to five weeks end to end.

Most of that is shaping the topic. The delivery itself is a single afternoon.

Intake call

A short free call to understand the audience, the platform, and the question you want answered. We finish with a one-paragraph topic statement and a recommended length, usually sixty minutes plus thirty for Q&A.

Topic shaping

We draft a short outline covering the three or four points the audience should walk away with. You review it. We revise once. The outline lands before any slide work begins, because the slides are downstream of getting the topic right.

Preparation and rehearsal

We build the slides and rehearse the timing. If the audience is external or the platform is unfamiliar, we run a fifteen-minute tech check with your team a day or two ahead. Generic decks are easy to spot; we do not deliver them.

Deliver and hand over

We deliver the talk live, take Q&A in real time, and send the recording, slides, and optional written summary within two business days. The recording is yours to reuse internally without restriction.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions about the AI Webinar.

Can the webinar be purely recorded with no live audience?

Yes. Some clients want a polished recording for an evergreen training library or a partner portal. We will record in a single take with light editing, or you can have us re-record sections if something changes. The price is the same; the prep time is roughly the same.

Who picks the topic, you or us?

We pick it together. You bring the audience and the question; we bring the angle and what we know lands. We will not deliver a stock talk with your logo on it, and we will push back if a requested topic does not actually fit the audience in the room.

Can we have the recording transcribed and re-used in marketing?

Yes. The recording is yours. Internal reuse, training, onboarding, partner enablement, is unrestricted. External re-publication (cutting clips for a paid course, for example) is fine too; we just ask you to keep the speaker attribution intact.

Will you let our sales team pitch from the back of the room?

No. The webinar is not a sales surface for follow-on engagements, ours or yours. If your audience is a customer audience, we will deliver an honest talk about AI; we will not soft-sell your product from the stage. If the talk needs to be promotional, this is the wrong offer.

Do you accept webinar bookings outside North America?

Remote-only, yes, we have delivered to audiences in the UK, India, and continental Europe. In-person travel outside Ontario and southeast Michigan is a separate conversation and usually points to the Speaker offer rather than this one.

Have an all-hands, training week, or external broadcast on the calendar?

Tell us the date, the audience, and the question you want the room to leave with. We will tell you whether a webinar fits and what it would cost.
