Four engagement families. Twelve specific offers. One way of working.

We work with organisations at every stage of the AI journey, from teams that have never bought an engagement before, to ones already shipping production systems. Four engagement families cover the range. Each one is fixed-price, time-bounded, and structured so you can act on what we deliver.

Our pillars

Pick the family that fits where you are.

The four pillars are sequenced for a reason, most clients move through them in order. We are happy to engage on any single one in isolation, and we will tell you on the first call whether starting somewhere else makes more sense.

How an engagement runs

The same four steps, whatever the family.

The depth and length change. The steps do not. Every engagement, from a one-hour demo to a six-month build, starts the same way.

Free first conversation

Every engagement begins with a no-cost call. You walk us through the situation; we tell you which of the twelve offers fits and how we would price it.

Written proposal

A short written proposal lands in your inbox within a few business days. It names the scope, the price, the delivery date, and the trade-offs we considered.

Fixed-price engagement

If you decide to engage, the scope is locked at a fixed price before any work begins. If the work runs long, that is our problem to absorb.

Handover and follow-up

Every deliverable is documented for the people who own it after we leave. A follow-up check is scheduled six to twelve weeks after delivery.

Common questions

Frequently asked questions about working with us.

Why four families instead of one combined offer?

Because the buying decisions are different. An executive looking for a webinar to brief their board is not the same buyer as a CTO scoping a development engagement. Splitting the offers means each one is priced, scoped, and pitched honestly for the moment it actually serves.

Do we have to pick the right family before talking to you?

No. The free first conversation is there to figure that out together. About half of the calls we take begin with the wrong family in mind and end with a clear answer about which one actually fits, including the case where the right answer is none of them.

Are engagements always fixed-price?

Yes. Every engagement, in every family, is quoted at a fixed price with a named delivery date before any work begins. We do not bill hourly. Retainers are available when there is a real, named ongoing need; they are not the default offer.

Do you work across all four families with the same client?

Often. A common path is a single Advise engagement to decide what to build, followed weeks or months later by a Create engagement to build it. Each is scoped and priced separately so you are never locked into the next step.

What industries do you work in?

Professional services, manufacturing, non-profits, and small-to-mid B2B software, with a particular strength in cross-border Windsor and Detroit work. We turn down engagements in regulated spaces where we cannot bring deep prior experience, healthcare, financial services, and similar, and refer those clients to specialists instead.

How quickly can you start?

Free first calls are usually within one business day of you reaching out. Smaller engagements (a single advisory session, a half-day workshop) can start the same week. Larger builds typically start two to six weeks out depending on shape and queue.

Not sure which family fits? Start with a free conversation.

One hour, no cost, no obligation. We listen to the situation, ask the questions that matter, and tell you which of the twelve offers, if any, actually applies.
