Off-the-shelf AI training is a commodity now. You can put a team through a self-paced course for a few hundred dollars per seat. The reason it rarely changes how the team works is that generic curricula are not tied to anything your team actually does on Monday morning.
Learn engagements are different shape: every curriculum is designed for your team, your stack, and your real work. By the end, participants have built something they can show to their colleagues, and the team is collectively able to do the same thing again, on a different problem, without us.

An intensive working session for a defined group, focused on a specific outcome. Suited to leadership teams who need to align on an AI strategy, or to working groups asked to scope a build by a named date.
Time-boxed building event for a cross-functional team to ship working prototypes against real problems. We frame the challenges, coach in the room, and judge with you at the end. The energy is intentional; the outputs are real.

A written summary of what was covered, a list of next steps for each participant, and a follow-up check four to eight weeks after delivery.
We deliver Learn engagements across a wide range, from non-technical operations leaders to senior engineers. The curriculum is shaped to where the team actually is, not to a fixed level. We will tell you on the intake call what we think the right depth is.
That is the whole point. We will not deliver a Learn engagement that leaves the team dependent on us, every workshop and training produces a working artefact the team built themselves and can rebuild later from notes.
We provide a written completion summary per participant. We do not issue industry-recognised certificates because we do not think they are worth what they claim to be worth.
Yes. Workshops and trainings run well over video for teams up to about twelve people. Hackathons benefit from being in person; we will say so on the intake call if remote is going to compromise the outcome.
AI Training runs from a half-day to a two-week intensive. AI Workshop is typically one to three days. AI Hackathon is two to five days end to end. The intake call confirms the right shape.
Strongly encouraged. The training is more valuable when the team is working on real artefacts they recognise. We will sign whatever NDA your legal team needs before we see anything sensitive.
